Registration
All country papers will be accepted in teams. Team leaders will send us the titles of country papers on the status of the women physicists of the participating country and/or working group activities. Scientific papers can be submitted by individuals and the acceptance notice will be given by the end of July. We plan to print the submitted country and scientific papers either on paper or load it on to a CD and send a set to each conference participant after the conference. This was done at two previous conferences, and everyone appreciated being able to learn a little about the situation in each country.
Please remember to fill out AIP's "Transfer of Copyright Agreement" and send it along with your submissions.
Abstracts:
Abstracts for the country papers are recommended to be submitted through team leaders. The submission period will be from June 15th till July 15th, 2008 on the homepage. During this period you may also submit your papers (country or scientific). If this is inconvenient you can choose to submit the papers later. Make sure you download a copy of the recommended template for abstracts. Please note the word limit for abstracts is 200 words.
PAPER SUBMISSIONS:
The length is limited to two pages, using 10 points for font size. The revised template file is provided below. If you need more information, please refer to the AIP hompage (http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/8x11s.jsp). Please upload the paper as a "Word".doc file on the webpage by August 15, 2008. If it is not convenient for you to access the ICWIP2008 webpage, you may email your document file to sec@icwip2008.org by August 15, 2008

- Title with country name in it
- Authors.....
- Introduction
- Present situation,
- Peculiarities of the country
- Status of the countries working group
- Future development and actions

Please note the size of the poster will be 1188mm x 840 mm. Roughly 4 x 4 A4 papers; 16 papers in total.
